This policy covers https://srcdrive.com. It does not cover the products we license to customers, each of which has its own terms and its own data controller.
What we collect
If you send us a message through the contact form, we receive the name, email address, company and message you typed. Nothing else on this site collects personal data.
We do not set advertising cookies, we do not run third-party trackers, and we do not build a profile of you across sites.
Why we hold it
To reply to your enquiry and to keep a record of the conversation if it becomes a commercial relationship. That is the only purpose.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead anywhere are deleted within twelve months. Where an enquiry becomes a contract, the correspondence is retained for as long as the commercial relationship requires and for the period our accounting obligations demand afterwards.
Who else sees it
Our email provider, as a processor. We do not sell, rent or share enquiry data with anyone else.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within thirty days.
